Dr. Jeannette Kelly created Veterinary Cancer Care, P.C., in 2004 due to demand for a veterinary cancer treatment center in New Mexico. Dr. Kelly is dedicated to kind and gentle treatment options focusing on quality of life, and the advancement of oncology through multi-institutional clinical trials.
Dr. Kelly earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1994 and performed her internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego. She completed her residency in oncology at both University of Pennsylvania and Veterinary Oncology Services and Research Center in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where she worked as an associate until 2001. Dr. Kelly became Board Certified in oncology in 2009.
Dr. Kelly lives in Santa Fe with her son and daughter and multiple dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, mice, hamsters, and other animals. In addition to enjoying many outdoor activities, she is an enthusiastic supporter of the local animal shelters in New Mexico.
Lee C. Bostic Jr. MBA, PMP
Chief Operating Officer
Lee earned his MBA while serving as an active duty soldier in the U.S. Army. He retired in 2020 after 21 years of service.
While in the U.S. Army he has held numerous medical operations positions, from senior medical officer to deputy chief of multiple hospital and clinics to most recently director of operations for the Arizona drug testing program. Lee has been deployed six times to different locations throughout the world and holds multiple overseas and combat awards.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he currently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
