Paying for Cancer Care
Cancer treatment for pets can be expensive, and most people do not have pet insurance to help defray the cost. However, financial help is available through numerous foundations that provide grants for care. Many grant funds are open to all, but some are specific for certain breeds, types of cancer, pets of people with disabilities, seniors, or residents of certain states or counties.
The following foundations have been helpful to some of our clients and patients. Please keep in mind that each foundation has its own selection criteria and documentation requirements and that applicants must disclose personal financial information.
If you can recommend other foundations or resources not listed below, please let us know so we can share them with others in need.
